Ready-to-Ship Items: Some of the items in your order might be pre-made and ready to go. These items are typically dispatched the next business day for fast delivery within the US. To ensure you receive these items as quickly as possible, we’ll ship them right away, even if the rest of your order isn’t ready yet.

Custom Made Items: Other items in your order may be custom-made, crafted specifically for you. These pieces take a bit more time to create, usually between 6 to 9 business days. Once they’re finished, they’ll be shipped separately.

You’ll receive tracking information for each package as it ships. If some items are still unfulfilled, they’re likely custom-made pieces, and they’ll be on their way to you soon.
