How long does it take my order to process before being dispatched?Updated 10 months ago
We offer items with two different processing times: Ready-to-Ship and Custom Made-to-Order
- Ready-to-Ship Items: These are pre-made and dispatched the next business day for fast delivery.
- Custom Made Items: These are crafted to order and take about 6 to 9 business days to handcraft before shipping
It's important to note that business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Mixed Orders (Domestic, U.S)
If your order includes both Ready-to-Ship and Custom Made items and it is shipping within the U.S, Ready-to-Ship items are shipped first to you to ensure you get them as quickly as possible. Custom items are shipped in a second shipment once completed.
If you place a mixed order and chose expedited shipping, we ensure timely delivery by:
- Custom Made Items: Dispatching these via expedited shipping once they’re ready
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatching these via standard shipping to get them to you as quickly as possible.
Mixed Orders (International)
If your order includes both Ready-to-Ship and Custom Made items and it is shipping to an address outside of the U.S, we will hold the Ready-to-ship items to ship out with your Custom-Made items once ready.
