We gladly accept returns for new and unworn items within 7 days of your delivery date. You can choose between Store Credit or an Exchange. For custom-made jewelry, we offer reworking options, although a small fee may apply. Please note, items marked as "Final Sale" in the product description are not eligible for return.
International Shipments: Returns are generally not accepted for international orders. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns, please reach out to our Care Team for assistance.
Return Conditions: Returned items must be in pristine condition, in their original packaging, and sent with tracking from a carrier of your choice. Be sure to contact us for prior confirmation before sending your return, as returns sent without confirmation may be refused.
