We accept returns for new and unworn items within 14 days of delivery. For custom-made jewelry, we also offer reworking options, although a small fee may apply. Please note, items marked as "Final Sale" in the product description are not eligible for return.
Once your return is received and confirmed, store credit will be issued to your account. Refunds may not issued unless the fault is ours. Returns sent outside the return window or without following the proper instructions may not be accepted.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for our team to process your return, depending on store volume.
