International customers are responsible for any customs, import taxes, or duty fees issued by their respective country. These charges are separate from the shipping cost paid at checkout and are determined by the destination country’s customs office.

While most of our international customers do not encounter issues with customs, each country has its own requirements and processes, and unfortunately these fees are outside of our control.

If you receive a customs or duty charge, you will be responsible for covering the amount. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly if you have questions about the charge or need assistance with customs clearance!
