All return requests must be initiated through our Customer Account Portal. Please visit account.caitlynminimalist.com and follow these steps:
Log into your account
If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one with the email used for your purchase. This will automatically link your order history and future credits.
Select the order containing the item(s) you’d like to return.
Choose the specific items and submit your request.
Submit your request
Once your request is received, our team will review it within 1 business day. If your request meets our return policy guidelines, you will receive an email with detailed instruction.
Please note that returns requested or sent outside the return window may be refused, so it's important to contact us first to ensure a smooth process. We're here to assist and make the return process as easy as possible!
