Receiving your order in full and on time is our top priority. However, sometimes you might find that you have received only part of your order or none at all. Here’s what you need to know in these situations:

Received Part of Your Order

Ready to Ship vs. Made to Order: Some items in your order may be part of our ready-to-ship collection, which are dispatched the next business day. Made-to-order pieces, however, require more time for customization and handcrafting.

Processing Time: Our made-to-order jewelry typically takes 6 - 9 business days to complete. The estimated shipping date for these items is noted in each listing and on your packing slip.

Second Shipment: Your remaining items will be shipped separately. We aim to craft and ship these pieces even sooner than estimated, and you will receive an email with tracking information once this second shipment is dispatched.

Entire Order Hasn't Arrived

Shipping Delays: Sometimes, external factors like weather conditions or high shipping volumes can affect tracking updates and delivery.

Address Verification: Ensure that the delivery address provided with your order is correct. Even minor discrepancies can lead to delays.

Local Post Office Check: It's a good idea to check with your local post office, as the package might be there awaiting further instructions.

Missing Mail Search Request: If your package is marked as shipped but hasn’t arrived, file a missing mail search request with the carrier. You can start this process through their website. For USPS shipments:
