How can I update my shipping method or address?Updated 6 months ago

We typically prepare your order shortly after purchase and we will only have a limited window to help adjust your details. If you have an order with made to order jewelry and you haven't recieved a shipping confirmation email, we might able to adjust your shipping method or address. Please sign in to your account for all shipping adjustment requests.

By signing in to your Account you can make requests to:

  • Cancel your order
  • Change your delivery address
  • Change your shipping method
  • Open an inquiry about your personalization
  • Track and Manage your orders

We will confirm if your request has been successful shortly after your request is sent.
