To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, we strongly encourage you to read our Warranty Policy carefully. This policy is designed to clarify the conditions under which replacement claims are accepted and any related timelines or restrictions. 

For most cases that fall within our warranty period, we require a detailed response with the items you wish to replace, all the relevant details and images attachments to best describe your situation. This can be done by sending us clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrectly personalized item. The quickest method is to submit a claim through our inquiry form below:

From Your Email

  1. Search your e-mail account for your Order or Delivery Confirmation by looking up our address, “[email protected]
  2. Open the corresponding e-mail from the order you'd like to request for replacement. Note: Orders placed on our website are 6 digits long.
  3. Reply to the confirmation e-mail thread with the items you wish to replace and all the relevant details.

From Your Account

  1. Sign In or Create an Account with Caitlyn Minimalist to request a return, open an inquiry, re-order past items and more.
  2. Once logged in, navigate to the 'Order History' section. 
  3. Click on the corresponding order number of the order you wish to send a request. 
  4. In the order details page, click the 'Open Inquiry' button. 
  5. Select the relevant subject and subtopic and fill the message body with the items you wish to replace and all the relevant details.

Important Notes

Timeframe: Make sure to initiate your replacement request within the 90-day guarantee period. Once your replacement claim is approved, we will process it based on the item's availability and processing times. 

Custom-made orders: Due to the unique nature of custom, made-to-order pieces, the replacement process might take longer, reflecting the time and care needed for personalization.
