How can I open an inquiry for my order?Updated 4 months ago

If you have any questions or concerns about your Caitlyn Minimalist order, whether it be a tracking update or an issue with your received jewelry, opening an inquiry via your Confirmation Email or your Caitlyn Minimalist Account are the recommended methods. 

Note: Please reference the email address your order was originally placed with. If you are unable to login to your account or cannot find your order, you may have entered a different email address or a typo occurred upon checkout.

From Your Confirmation Email

  1. Search your e-mail account for your Order or Delivery Confirmation by looking up our address, “[email protected]"
  2. Open the corresponding e-mail from the order you'd like to request a return. Note: Orders placed on our website are 6 digits long.
  3. Reply to the confirmation e-mail thread with the items you wish to return and all the relevant details.

From Your Caitlyn Minimalist Account

Step 1: Create or Log In to Your Account

Create an Account: If you haven't already, you can create a customer account on our sign up page. This will allow you to track orders, manage your personal information, and open inquiries easily.

Log In: If you already have an account, simply log in using your credentials.

Step 2: Access Your Order History

Once logged in, navigate to the 'Order History' section. Here, you'll find your complete order history. Locate the order you have an inquiry about.

Step 3: Select the Order for Inquiry

Click on the order number corresponding to the order you wish to inquire about. This will open a detailed view of your selected order.

Step 4: Open an Inquiry

In the order details page, you will find an button to 'Open an Inquiry'. Click on this option to start the inquiry process and select the relevant subject and subtopic.

Step 5: Provide Inquiry Details

Fill in the inquiry form with relevant details. This may include the nature of your inquiry, any specific questions, or additional information that might help us assist you better. Be as detailed as possible to ensure a swift and accurate response

Step 6: Submit Your Inquiry

After filling in the form, submit your inquiry.
