How can I change my personalization or cancel my order after I've ordered

We understand that sometimes you might need to make changes to your order after placing it. Here's what you need to know:

Timeframe for Change Requests

To change personalization details (like engravings, size, color, etc.) or to cancel your order, please contact us with your request within 12 hours of placing. We begin processing pre made, Ready-to-Ship jewelry for shipment and finalize custom, Made-to-Order jewelry for production very quickly to ensure timely processing and delivery.

How to Request

Open an inquiry to request a change through your order from Your CM Account or from our Contact Page. Please include your order number and the desired changes or reason for cancellation in your inquiry.

Confirmation of Changes

Once we receive your request, we'll check if the changes can be accommodated and confirm back to you. Please note that changes may not be possible if your Ready-to-Ship jewelry has already been packed or shipped or your Made-to-Order jewelry has entered production.

Refund and Store Credit Process

If a cancellation is confirmed, we will process a refund or issue store credit upon your confirmation. Approved refunds are credited back to your original method of payment within an estimated 3 - 5 business days. Store credit is processed to your email as a digital gift card.
