How can I change my address or upgrade shipping after I've ordered?

We understand that your purchase is special and you might want it to arrive sooner, or circumstances may require a change in the delivery address. Here's what you can do and some considerations to account for:

Timeframe for Change Requests

If you wish to upgrade your shipping method or change your delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours for your Ready to Ship jewelry or 1 week for your Made to Order jewelry since placing your order. We strive to process orders quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the better.

How to Request 

Open an inquiry from Your CM Account to request a change through your order or visit our Contact page for assistance. Please provide your order number and the desired shipping method or updated address details within your request.

Additional Charges

Upgrading your shipping may incur additional charges. We will inform you of any extra costs and will only proceed with the upgrade upon confirmation. You can view all of our upgrade options for U.S orders by clicking here.

Limitations

Please note that once an order is processed and shipped, we cannot change the shipping method or address. If your order has already been shipped, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to request any changes.
